As the company director and the person ultimately responsible for all internal management of the company, he has complete control and business decision-making power.
Ultimate responsibility in the works, acting as site manager.
Born in Mallorca in 1983, to a Catalan father and a Mallorcan mother, at the age of 18 he decided to start working in the construction sector, where little by little, due to his great talent and interest in the sector, he began to grow and develop independently as a self-employed worker at only 21 years old.
After several years of specialization in the sector, he founded the company COSENDRA SL in 2015. Today, as an entrepreneur, he leads his COSENDRA team of more than 20 people under his supervision, plus countless subcontractors.
María Poveda
C.F.O.
Administration and Finance Manager.
Responsible for administrative organization, finance and cost control.
Born in Mallorca in 1989, to Mallorcan parents, she decided to study Business Administration. After graduating, she went on to work in several multinational companies in the departments of COST CONTROL, TREASURY and ADMINISTRATION MANAGER.
In 2018, he joined the company COSENDRA SL where he will dedicate himself fully to the internal management of the company, cost control, finance and administrative work.
Antonio Molina
General Site Manager
General Construction Manager.
Responsible for the coordination, supervision and management of the construction teams under his command.
Born in Extremadura, to parents from Extremadura, from the age of 18 he began his professional career in the construction sector within the family business, where he acquired extensive experience in construction work.
In 2006 he joined Javier's team, becoming a key player in COSENDRA SL and his right-hand man in the management and coordination of construction projects to this day, developing a solid professional career always linked to the world of construction.
Marian Triay
Administration Manager
Administration Manager.
Responsible for the administrative management of the company together with the financial and administrative department.
Born in Mallorca, from a very young age she showed great interest in organization and administrative management, developing her professional career in different areas related to administration and business services.
In 2020, she joined COSENDRA SL, becoming part of the company's administrative team, working closely with María Poveda on internal management, document organization, administrative support, and daily coordination of the company.
Juan Burger
Logistics & Transport Leader
Head of transport and logistics.
Responsible for the transport of materials and logistical support on site.
Born in Campos, from a young age he developed his professional experience in the construction sector and within the company he specialized in construction logistics.
In 2018, he joined the COSENDRA team, becoming a key part of the company's daily logistics, handling the transport of materials, truck driving, and continuous support for the construction teams.
Azahara Magdaleno
Administrative Assistant
Administrative assistant.
Responsible for administrative support and document management.
Born in Mallorca, she began her professional career in the administrative sector through Vocational Training in Business Administration, where she developed experience in organizational tasks, customer service and internal management.
In 2025, he joined COSENDRA SL to strengthen the administrative department, collaborating in document management tasks, telephone support, administrative coordination and daily support to the administration team.
